What's A "European Plan"
OK, all you veteran agents, don't shoot me. I have to explain this definition. There are still some newbie TA's that I visit with my eSales Calls so, I want to make sure they all know what we're talking about when I touch on this subject.
According to About.com, "The European Plan, sometimes abbreviated as EP in hotel listings, indicates that the quoted rate is strictly for lodging and does not include any meals. All food provided by the hotel is billed separately. Taxes and tips are usually additional as well."
