As I promote TravelSalesRep.com, the travel industry’s first and only web-based sales representative to industry suppliers, I find there are two types of marketers – the kind that swim in the roped-off sea of ideas and those that work the open ocean of opportunity.  I’d like you to consider taking the next step beyond simply sending out specials, newsletters, press releases, traditional sales people and the like.  I’d like to introduce you to the idea of doing sales calls on-line.

There literally is no downside my Internet-based sales calls.  The monthly retainer to employ this service translates to approximately 1 cent per travel agent.  While this is the kind of marketing tool that works best over the long term, the agreement does include a termination clause that calls for a simple thirty days notice.
