TravelSalesRep.com, a service of Ocean Crest Marketing located in Plymouth, Massachusetts, USA, is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.  We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.  TravelSalesRep.com collects information from our users at several different points on our website as well as from qualified travel industry sources of travel agents with an expressed interest in bettering themselves professionally.

Registration

Registration for our monthly eSales Call is carried out via the email address submission ports located on the home page, registration page or any of the sites web pages with a left side bar.  Email addresses are sent directly to Ocean Crest Marketing and are not exposed to any third party list organizations.  All addresses are housed on our own database on our security protected hardware.

Choice/Opt-Out

Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of receiving updates and eSales Calls. Those whom no longer wish to receive our eSales Calls or updates may opt-out of receiving these communications by visiting the Address Remove/Change page.

Cookies

TravelSalesRep.com occasionally uses "Cookies".  A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.  Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. Some of our business partners may use cookies on our site (for example, advertisers).  However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.  IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. TravelSalesRep.com uses WebTrends to analyze traffic to this web site. WebTrends does not create individual profiles for visitors. Unlike some tracking services WebTrends does not have a database of individual profiles for each visitor. WebTrends only collects aggregate data.
